mixed-use commercial developments in Edwardsville, IL: The Pointe and Park North (formerly Pin Oak Plaza). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both sites are located on the west side of the Interstate 55 and IL Highway 143 Interchange. The Pointe is located on the north side of IL 143 and now encompasses an additional 84 acres made possible through a partnership with Gori Realtors. And with a 14-acre entertainment complex (w\/ 115 jobs) being proposed for the SW corner of the 95-acre Park North development, things are certainly looking even bigger and better for the future of the Interchange. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
