As Daylight Savings Time is ushered in this Sunday, March 13th and Spring rapidly approaches, the St. Louis Metro and Southwestern Illinois (SWIL) region continues to “spring forward” with its focus on transportation, workforce development, and innovation. The continued expansion of Scott Air Force Base with over $300M in new construction and the recently announced MidAmerica Airport improvements were both big wins for the region.<\/p>\n
