Strategically located just one-half block off Interstate 70 and just 45 minutes from downtown Kansas City, Pangea's Concordia, MO project included the assembly and platting of four pin corner lots into a 3.14-acre commercial development site. Centrally positioned in one of the fastest growing counties in Missouri, the site was an ideal location for a national hotel and restaurant chain development.

Adjacent complimentary demand generators included retail shopping centers, several bank and financial institutions, service stations, and national flag restaurants and hotels including a 120-room Days Inn and Best Value Inn.
